Psychometrics.
Bruce is qualified at both level A, and at level B by the British Psychological Society. He has specialised in both the McQuaig Word survey, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. As a qualified psychometrician he can provide questionnaires to help you compare personality, ability, levels of stress, etc against suitably normed samples. Stress, Stress, Stress.
Bruce has an interest in helping develop strategies for dissolving stress. Stress is often in the press, especially when one hears such figures as days off for neurotic disorders in men rising by 6.8% to 22,300,000, and in women by 19.8% to 16,000,000 since April 1989 (Dr Sue Cartwright, 1992). Stress is a nebulous concept, and what is stressful for one, may not be for another. It is important therefore when tackling it, to not only take on board the very good general advice, but also to pay attention to the individual's needs. |
Personal Development.
I make no secret of the fact that a personal dynamic drives the enthusiasm I have for my business. When my father, a barrister died, he called me over to his bed and handed me a bound volume of sonnets. He told me he had always wanted to be a farmer and a poet, rather than a barrister. He died alone, a few days later. My mission is to help as many people as possible to realise their dreams before they die. |
